The Experience
What if you could feel deeply connected - without performing, fixing, or bracing?
As a felt experience you carry home. Lived in the body, not understood in the mind.
ATTUNED is an immersive weekend built around one premise: that the patterns shaping how you feel, move, and relate don't change through understanding. They change through experience - specific, embodied, relational experience that gives the nervous system something new to practice and integrate.
This isn't about creating comfort. It's about building the capacity to stay - with yourself, with others, with what's actually happening - even when something in you wants to run.
Safe enough to challenge the pattern. Safe enough to let a new experience rewrite an old belief. That's the only ground we need.
Who This Is For
From the outside, you’re capable, composed, and carrying a lot. But beneath the pace, pressure, and constant demands of life, something feels further away than it used to.
You miss feeling fully here - present in your body, connected to yourself, and alive in your relationships, creativity, and life.
You’re not in crisis. You’re overwhelmed. There’s a difference.
More often than not, you’re the one others rely on - capable of holding a lot, feeling a lot, and continuing to move through the world by staying productive, composed, needed, or distracted. But adapting for so long to environments that couldn’t fully hold your depth has slowly pulled you away from your body, your centre, and the feeling of truly being at ease within yourself.
And in connection, you notice the patterns:
You lean in quickly, then pull away the moment something real begins to open.
You stay overly self-aware or emotionally guarded, even when part of you craves deeper intimacy.
You lose connection to yourself trying to maintain connection with others.
You carry more than is yours because you seem capable of handling it.
You crave more aliveness, honesty, play, and depth than your current life seems to allow.
Nothing is “wrong.” Something in you is ready to reconnect - through presence, movement, honesty, intimacy, joy, and the experience of being fully met without having to shrink your depth to belong.
What Shifts
This isn’t another weekend of talking about yourself. It’s a space to actually feel something different - in your body, with other people, in real time.
You’ll begin to:
Feel deeply without being overwhelmed by it - not by shutting down, but by expanding your capacity to stay with yourself
Stay present with another person without abandoning yourself in the process
Say yes when you mean it, and no without collapsing into guilt or self-doubt
Move through moments of tension or disconnection without shutting down, spiralling, or pulling away
Let yourself be seen without performing, managing, or trying to get it right
Feel more connected to your body, your instincts, your joy, and the people around you
You leave with something felt, not just understood. Resourced, expanded, and able to say a deeper, more honest yes - to life and to others.
The shift isn’t only relational or emotional - it’s physiological. The body softens, capacity expands, and aliveness returns.
The Arc
Each day builds on the last with a steady sense of progression -without rush, force, or pressure.
Day One
Opening the Field
We arrive, slow down, and meet ourselves before we meet each other.
A soft landing into the space - through presence as ceremony, simple ritual, and shared attention.
Day Two
Staying With · Aliveness · Repair
We build the capacity to stay - with what we feel, and with each other.
Through movement and play, we begin to notice where we pull away, and gently explore what it’s like to remain - or return.
Imperfectly. Honestly. Because the shift isn’t in never disconnecting - it’s in knowing you can come back.
Day Three
Digest · Integrate · Individuate
We begin to integrate what’s moved - gently noticing what feels different.
There’s space to witness, to be seen, and to let the experience settle into the body.
We close slowly and intentionally - so you leave feeling more grounded, more connected to yourself, and with something you can return to.

HOMECOMING
A Return To Aliveness
Also from ATTUNED
The entry point into the ATTUNED field.
Homecoming is for those at the beginning of their somatic journey - people who can feel that something wants to change, but who haven’t yet experienced a space where the body is listened to first.
We move slowly here. There is space to understand what the body is doing and why, because understanding creates safety - and safety is what allows the body to soften, open, and begin to respond.
Movement follows the body’s natural intelligence rather than imposed form. We only move as far as the room is ready to.
This is not about performance, productivity, or self-optimisation. It is about restoring relationship - to sensation, to self, to the body’s own capacity to lead.
You leave with a felt experience of the work, a deeper understanding of your own system, and the foundation to go further.
-
What is actually happening in my body right now? Before anything else, we return to the simplest question. Not what should be happening - what is actually here.
-
What does it feel like to move from the inside out? We explore movement not as something to perform, but as a way of listening. The body has its own intelligence. This is the beginning of trusting it.
-
What becomes possible when I stop moving alone? We expand awareness gradually - to the space, to what surrounds us, to others. Presence before contact. Noticing before reaching.

Molly El Masri
NLP Practitioner · Equine Therapy Facilitator · Compassionate Inquiry Informed
Molly comes to this work through family, nourishment, and the quiet discipline of building a life from the ground up. Her work begins with arriving in the body - learning to listen before responding, and to sense what’s needed beyond words.
Shaped through equine-assisted practice, where connection is felt, not performed. She brings a steady, patient presence - creating space for others to experience safety, and to trust what unfolds from there.
